The most important thing in my life is my kids. I love them to bits and if I don't see them for a couple of days I'm miserable.
One of the things I love most about my kids is their sense of fun, their personality and their individuality. In our front room I've got a framed photo of my three kids which sums each of them up perfectly.

There's Vicki, my eldest, typical teenager, slightly bored. Noel, my son, whose first word was 'Car' and who hasn't changed a bit since. And Sadie, the mischievous monkey, who's constantly amusing and infuriating me.
And that's it, that's why I love photographing kids, my kids, other people's kids - they have this individuality and character which comes through when you let them relax. If only adults found it so easy to be themselves in front of a camera.
